All products sold by Australian Apex Peptides are intended strictly for laboratory research and analytical purposes. By purchasing from this site, the customer acknowledges that these products are not intended for human consumption, veterinary use, or any form of therapeutic application.

Due to the highly sensitive nature of research-grade peptides and the requirement for strict climate and environment control, all sales are final. * We do not accept returns or exchanges for “change of mind.”

We take pride in our quality control and packaging. However, if there is a discrepancy with your order, we will rectify it under the following conditions:

Damage in Transit: If a vial arrives broken or compromised, you must notify us at [apexpeptide@yahoo.com] within 48 hours of the delivery timestamp.
Incorrect Item: If you received a product different from what you ordered, please contact us immediately without opening the vacuum seal or security packaging.
Required Documentation: To process a replacement, you must provide clear photographic evidence of the damaged shipping box, the damaged product, and the packing slip.

Australian Apex Peptides is responsible for your order up until the point of “Delivered” status by the carrier.

In the rare event that a refund is authorized (e.g., a permanent out-of-stock item), the refund will be processed back to the original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the transaction to reflect on your bank statement.
