Dispatch Times: All orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Orders placed before 12:00 PM AWST are typically dispatched the same day.
Operating Hours: Our fulfillment center operates Monday through Friday. We do not ship on weekends or Australian public holidays.
Batch Consistency: To ensure research integrity, we fulfill orders from the same batch whenever possible.

We ship exclusively within Australia using tracked, climate-aware logistics to ensure your research materials arrive in optimal condition.

Peptides are sensitive to extreme heat and light.

Secure Packaging: All vials are shipped in discreet, tamper-evident, and shock-resistant secondary packaging.
Temperature Control: While our peptides are lyophilized (freeze-dried) for stability during transit at ambient temperatures, we recommend selecting Express Shipping during summer months to minimize environmental exposure.
Post-Arrival Care: It is the researcher's responsibility to ensure the package is collected promptly and stored at the required temperatures (typically-20°C) immediately upon arrival.

Real-Time Tracking: Once dispatched, a tracking number will be sent to your registered email.
Signature Requirements: For security and chain of custody, all orders require a signature upon delivery. We do not recommend "Authority to Leave" for high-value research compounds.
Unclaimed Packages: If a package is returned to us because it was unclaimed or an incorrect address was provided, a re-delivery fee will apply.
